Opting out of APC
Elsevier waives APC for articles in the open access, which have a correspondent author with Ukraine. Rejection is automatic, and we will clearly communicate this to the author during the publication process.

Elsevier also canceled the fee for publishing articles (APCs) by Ukrainian authors in open access journals (Gold Open Access Journals). If you have any questions about this, you should send a letter to the e-mail address: agreementactivation@elsevier.com).
