The library also provides services:

  • Digital service of information support for educational and scientific activities
    The scientific library provides information support for educational and scientific processes in the format of distance and mixed learning. The service provides individual selection of digital resources, determination of the UDC index and provision of other informational and bibliographic services.

Wi-Fi for PC work in all departments of the Scientific Library

The sector of acquisition and scientific processing of literature (aud. 109):

  • services on acquisition and replenishment of the Scientific Library fund with information resources (printed and electronic) to provide training, scientific, research and educational processes.

Service departments:

  • Educational and Scientific Humanities Institute (etc. Heroes of Ukraine, 9);
  • Mechanical Engineering Educational and Scientific Institute (street. Kowalskaya, 5);
  • Educational and Scientific Institute of Automation and Electrical Engineering (etc. Central, 3).
  • Educational and scientific institute, pedagogical institute (street. Morekhidna, 2-AND).

At your service:

  • opportunity to use printed publications;
  • various socio-cultural events;
  • current information on any topic.

Scientific department, foreign literature and periodicals (aud. 109):

  • opportunity to work with scientific materials (literature, dissertations, abstracts of dissertations, diploma projects), the press, prepaid NB, foreign publications;
  • interlibrary loan, which makes it possible to order the necessary publications in other libraries;
  • conducting socio-cultural events.

Information and bibliographic department (aud. 109, 221):

  • determination of the classification index of scientific work, publications (providing the UDC code);
  • placement of scientific articles or publications in the institutional repository of NUS;
  • consultations on compiling and drawing up bibliographies for scientific works, diploma projects, coursework;
  • information support of any university events;
  • execution of complex thematic inquiries in the automated mode;
  • conducting lectures on "Fundamentals of Information Culture and Academic Integrity".
