Already 25 for years in a row, Ukraine celebrates the holiday of unity of users and library workers, as well as everyone, who understands the role of books and libraries in their lives - All-Ukrainian Library Day. Unfortunately, the last two years have been under martial law.
On the occasion of the holiday, the staff of the Scientific Library of the NUK named after. adm. Makarov prepared a series of festive events. The slogan was chosen as the theme of a number of events 2023 року Української бібліотечної асоціації«Бібліотека – твоя синергія ПЕРЕМОГИ», which defines the role of libraries in the approach of our Victory.
В рамках циклу до уваги користувачів та всіх поціновувачів книги та бібліотек було запропоновановіртуальну подорож «Чарівний світ бібліотек», which was presented on the website of the Scientific Library: http://lib.nuos.edu.ua and Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/libnuk
Працівники відділу обслуговування користувачів Навчально–наукового Гуманітарного інституту та Факультету морського права провели для студентів-першокурсників спеціальності «Журналістика» День першокурсника «Відкриваючи горизонти знань».
Library employee S. YU. Gordynets introduced the present to the modern digital environment of the National Bank: website, electronic catalog, institutional repository and other electronic information resources, informed about remote services, які надає бібліотека. Із розповіді студенти дізналися також про нову дистанційну послугу для користувачів бібліотеки – доступ до електронного каталогу НБ НУК ім. adm. Makarov from mobile devices on Android using the mobile application LibClient.
Employee of the information and bibliographic department of the National Library K. FROM. Bilonozhko presented to the audience a course for higher education "Academic Integrity", which revealed the basic principles of academic integrity.
Гості заходу також ознайомились з книжково-ілюстративними виставками «Бібліолоція нових надходжень» та «Скарбниця мудрості», which were issued on the occasion of the All-Ukrainian Library Day.
Працівниками відділу обслуговування користувачів Машинобудівного навчально-наукового інституту була оформлена різнобарвна експозиція світлин: "Put the old photos on the table...", which talked about interesting events, that took place in the premises of the department for users and its daily life.
It was organized in the user service department of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Automation and Electrical Engineering: bookishly – illustrative exhibitions "Read in Ukrainian", "As a gift to the readers of the Scientific Library...". (More details - in the following information).
До переліку заходів циклу увійшла також акція «Подаруй бібліотеці українську книгу», which will last until 30 October.
