New data, metrics and interface in Journal Citation Reports.
30 June 2021 updated Journal Citation Reports - an analytical tool based on data from the Web of Science Core Collection, in which you can analyze the publication in detail, for which the Journal Impact Factor is calculated (JIF).
We will consider the repetition of the July webinar:
• new program interface;
• main indicators, which can be defined for publication;
• why the impact factor is not calculated for purely humanitarian publications;
• showing the new Journal Citation Indicator metric (JCI), what information can be obtained, how to save it;
• how to use the tool of selection and evaluation of the publication to publish their own results and to form a strategy for the development of the publication;

New and old features of the Web of Science Core Collection.
These: Often at school the first work of September was "How I spent the summer". By analogy, the first webinar of the new school year will be about classics and new ones (in particular those, appeared in the summer) Web of Science Core Collection features.
The following issues will be considered:
• What opportunities in this database are offered to the scientist, teacher and administrator?
• Where to find basic literature on your topic?
• Where to find a partner or reviewer?
• Which institutions and scientists are leaders in this area of research and how to contact them?
• What topics to bring to seminars and colloquia?
• What course topics can be? How to start working on term papers?
• Which publications specialize in this topic?
• Which institutions funded such research?
• How to find answers to these questions using basic search using search operators and abbreviations?
• How to highlight the most cited works of recent years?
• How to save the most interesting data and share it with colleagues?
• How to analyze a sample of documents?
• Should you be afraid of the Worst Index and what does the citation of the publication say??
• We will mention new functions separately, that have appeared recently.
