Leader of his time (to the 110th anniversary of Victor Mikhailovich Lower's birthday)

To the famous anniversary of Viktor Mikhailovich Buznik, which was celebrated 4 October, employees of the user service department of the Scientific Library at the Mechanical Engineering Educational and Scientific Institute of the National Academy of Sciences prepared a virtual essay "Leader of his time".

Viktor Mikhailovich Buznik-a prominent scholar, Doctor of Engineering, professor, Head of the Department of Theory of Theory and Ship Steam Boilers, Dean of the Faculty of Machine -Building (1953–1961), rector of the Mykolaiv Shipbuilding Institute named after Admiral Makarov (1965–1968).
