25 August 2023 the first series of trainings "Soft skills for the career of a scientist" will take place in an online format. The event is designed to form the competences of individual, personal and professional self-improvement of a scientist on the way to effective research and career growth. It is planned to discuss effective tools for the formation and development of soft skills; methods of formation and improvement of critical and innovative thinking skills, intellectual load management, time management; means and tools in working with information in education and teaching; management of own development and realization of set goals; key aspects of successful intercultural and interpersonal communication; development of leadership qualities; development of stress resistance, flexibility, ability to adapt.
