
Recently, a presentation of the creative project “Why I stayed in Ukraine I stayed at the Scientific Library of the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding named after Admiral Makarov.?». Many students and teachers gathered in the library reading room, who shared their touching stories about life in Ukraine in war and causes, Why did they stay at home.
An interesting information supplement to the event was the presentation of the thematic book and illustration exhibitions "You are in our heart, Ukraine!” and “Unbreakable Fury”, which were prepared by the staff of the Scientific Library. At the exhibition "You are in our heart, Ukraine!» books on the history of Ukraine were presented, publication about cultural sights and picturesque nature of our Motherland.
The exhibition "Unbreakable Fury" presented new editions, which reflect the current events of the military resistance of the Ukrainian people to Russian aggression. Among these publications is "Russian war against Ukraine" by V. Gorbulina and V. Badrak with a foreword by V. Zaluzhny; photo album "Bakhmut Ballad", where there is more than 300 documentary photos; the book "Bakhmut: chronicles of the indomitable fortress"; publication "Kharkov Torn by the Enemy" - a photo confession of the war hero city of Kharkiv and others.
