During 235 years of existence of Mykolaiv is inextricably linked with shipbuilding. Admiral Makarov National Technical University is the cradle of shipbuilding education in Ukraine. To the glorious anniversary of the building of the secondary mechanical school, which later became the basis for the creation of the Mykolaiv Shipbuilding Institute (NUS named after Admiral Makarov), and now it is respectfully called the Old Building, dedicated tovideo essay "Symbol of Mykolaiv Shipbuilding Education".
For 120 thousands of future specialists in various fields gained knowledge in the premises of the Old Building, future engineers honed their skills in his laboratories, and teachers and students improved their knowledge in the library...
