The Admiral Makarov Scientific Library invites you to join International Open Access Week, which the whole world will celebrate 20– October 26, 2025.
Under the slogan«Who Owns Our Knowledge?» ("Who owns our knowledge?? or Who owns our knowledge?») this year, issues of fair access to scientific information are being discussed. The topic raises the issue of fair access to the results of scientific research and the role of communities in preserving and disseminating knowledge, which they create.
Scientific Library of Admiral Makarov National University supports and joins the International Open Access Week and invites you to participate in:
