As part of the City Day celebration, Scientific Library of NUS named after. adm. Makarova invited the first-year students (gr. 1122 and 1124) on the local history and educational trip "Mykolaiv: from the past to the present". Students gladly joined the virtual city tour, opening the pages of the history and heroic present of Mykolaiv.

The highlight of the meeting was an interactive puzzle game and an interesting quiz on the history of the city, which helped deepen students' knowledge. The board game "Mykolaiv Tycoon" was also presented to the participants of the event., which contributes to the study of the history of the city in the mode of a local history quest. A bright informative addition to the event was the book and illustration exhibition "Chronicle of the native city", where, in addition to books, images of old city landscapes were presented, made in the technique of grisaille painting by Ksenia Knysh, a graduate of the "Design" department.

Friends! We invite you to visit the library and familiarize yourself with the book and illustration exhibition, which is displayed in the reading room of the user service department at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Automation and Electrical Engineering (etc. Central, 3, aud. 109).
