Symbolically, that the conference was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Mechanical Engineering Educational and Scientific Institute of the National Academy of Sciences, and the edition includes 100 Abstracts of reports.
According to the organizers of the conference: "every thesis contains a part of the collective desire to solve the current problems of engine building, and each of them is a brick in the foundation of the future of this industry".
