Environment Day - national ecological holiday of Ukraine, started in 1998 year according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine "On Environment Day". Marked with 1999 annually on the third Saturday of April. IN 2025 Environment Day is celebrated every year 19 April.
International Mother Earth Day (International Mother Earth Day) celebrate, starting with 2010 year, annually 22 April, according to the resolution of the UN General Assembly. The holiday was established in honor of the Stockholm Conference on the Environment, which became one of the most important in the history of the environmental movement.
The main purpose of these events is to draw the attention of society and every person to the global environmental problems of the Earth and outline the tasks for their solution .
Earth is the home of all mankind. So., it is the duty of each of us to preserve it. And an important step on this path is a respectful attitude towards the surrounding natural environment!
