Clarivate adds dissertations to the Web of Science platform and integrates ProQuest Global

To the attention of scientists of NUS named after. adm. Makarova! 

In July 2023 the world's leading provider of information servicesClarivate  reported the integration of Web of Science with ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global.

ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global (PQDT), which is known for its Science platform - the world's largest full-text database of dissertations and theses. The official digital archive of the US Library of Congress dissertations and the largest collection for graduate and doctoral students.

This integration allows researchers to gain quick and easy access to a large interdisciplinary collection, consisting of 5,5 million theses and worldwide to improve research efficiency

As Rachel Shear reports, Director of External Relations, Clarivate, such access to research, as well as magazines, preprints and other scholarly sources on one platform is important at the beginning of a scholar's career. It eliminates the need to search multiple databases, which provides a simplified workflow for students and researchers, brings their academic success closer and furthers their research progress.
