9 March - 210 years since Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko's birthday
Scientific Library of NUS named after. adm. Makarova joins the celebration of the 210th anniversary of the birth of the national genius and prophet Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko and presents a book and illustration exhibition "Great son of the Ukrainian people". Poetic and prose works are presented at the exposition, painting heritage, collections of interesting materials about the outstanding son of the Ukrainian people, monographs of famous Shevchenko experts, which will help to better understand the nature of Kobzar's work.
