21 September is the inventor and the rationalizer day
Annually on the third Saturday of September in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 443/94 dated 16 August 1994 Inventor and Rationalizer Day is celebrated in Ukraine this year.
This holiday unites people of various professions and specialties, scientists and teachers consider him their own, engineers and workers, specialists and students, all of them are endowed with a rare gift of creativity. The scientific library welcomes the esteemed inventors and rationalizers of Admiral Makarov National Shipbuilding University!
