It operates within the framework of the registered IP addresses on the link: http://www.oecd-ilibrary.org/.
OECD iLibrary – online library of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). The library contains books and periodicals, published since January 1998 year, working documents, and a huge volume of statistical information from the OECD itself, as well as the IEA.
