Good news! Scientific Library of NUS named after. adm. Makarova received as a gift an academic collection of works by Lesya Ukrainka!

We are happy to inform our readers, what The Ukrainian Institute of Books donated the book to the fund of the Scientific Library of NUS named after. adm. Makarov's complete uncensored academic collection of works by Lesya Ukrainka in 14 volumes, published on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the Ukrainian writer, translators, folklorists, cultural figure. Note, that this collection of works is unique. They worked on the preparation and arrangement of texts 14 editorial boards, well-known foresters and textologists from different cities of Ukraine were involved in the work. The publication is divided thematically and genre-wise into such areas-blocks: • Drama (1 Tom, 2 Tom, 3 Tom, 4 Tom); • Poetry and lyric-epic poems (5 Tom); • Fiction (6 Tom); • Literary criticism and journalism (7 Tom); • Translations (8 Tom); • Recordings of folk art and songs, recorded from the voice of Lesya Ukrainka (9 Tom); • "Ancient History of Oriental Peoples" and abstracts, statements, notes (10 Tom); • Correspondence (11 Tom, 12 Tom, 13 Tom, 14 Tom).
