Scientific library - to the Day of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred

20 February marks the Day of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred in Ukraine. The memorial day was established by the decree of the President of Ukraine № 69/2015 11 February 2015 року з метою вшанування подвигу учасників Революції Гідності та увічнення пам’яті Героїв Небесної Сотні, who gave their lives, defending the ideals of democracy, defending human rights and freedoms, European future of Ukraine. Honoring the memory of the Heroes of Ukraine, employees of the customer service department of the Educational and Scientific Humanitarian Institute and the Faculty of Maritime Law of the Scientific Library of NUS named after. adm. Makarov was prepared virtual exhibition “Winter, that changed us…”. The virtual exhibition presents books from the fund of the department, telling about the events of the bloody confrontation on Independence Square. Among the proposed editions, works of art deserve special attention, born on the Maidan. We invite you to watch!
