Vadym Yevhenovich Mykytyuk - candidate of technical sciences, docent. WITH 1979 p. develops ship wind energy installations. He together with d. t. n., Professor Yu. FROM. Kryuchkov, to. t. n., Associate Professor B. FROM. Podgurenkom and book publisher V. IN. Torubarayu is the author of the unique book "Windmills of the Atomic Age", dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Mechanical Engineering Institute of the National Technical University named after. adm. Makarova. Also authored more 60 articles on the application of various designs of wind turbines for sailing ships, 24 copyright certificates for inventions. Developed the structure of rigid sails, that collapse, and tested them on a sailboat. Added hard sails to the "Delta" VAT and tested them.
