Випускає близько 800 нових найменувань у рік, половина з яких виходить англійською мовою. Колекція електронних книг De Gruyter нараховує близько 50000 найменувань з історії, археології, теології, philosophy, biology, chemistry, лінгвістики, literature, mathematics, physics, а також з права і медицини. Кожного року додається більше, but no more 700 new publications. Кожна нова книга з’являється одночасно у паперовому та електронному вигляді.
