4 December 2020 p. Signing of the agreement between the State Scientific Library of Ukraine and Elsevier completed important negotiation procedures between the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Elsevier on access to electronic scientific databases and analytical resources.
All state and municipal free economic zones and scientific institutions of Ukraine, regardless of departmental subordination, received one-year access to electronic books (almost 39 thousand. publications) on the ScienceDirect platform https://www.sciencedirect.com/ (including perpetual access to the collection 2088 electronic monographs 2019 – 2020 рр.).
Access to the ScienceDirect platform https://www.sciencedirect.com/ Monday - Friday: 01.01.2021 p. am to 31.12.2021 p. is carried out by IP-addresses in all cases, as well as in the Kherson and Pervomaisk branches of the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding.
ScienceDirect https://www.sciencedirect.com/ Is a full-text Elsevier database, which contains 25% world scientific publications in all fields of knowledge from over 47 thousand. influential authors.
