Makarov received free access to full-text electronic resources from Bentham Science. An agreement on the access of all free economic zones of the country was reached during the negotiations, conducted by specialists from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with a representative of the publishing house Bentham Science. Access to e-books (acquaintance with full texts of books exclusively online). Bentham Science is the publisher of peer-reviewed scientific literature, which provides editions over 130 scientific journals in electronic and printed formats, which contain research results mainly in the fields of pharmacology and medicine, technical and social sciences.
