Friends, are pleased to announce a valuable addition to the fund of the Admiral Makarov Scientific Library. Four volumes of the unique series "Actus Notarius" - archival guides to the funds of notary offices and notaries - were transferred to the library, stored in the State Archive of the Mykolaiv Region.

Thanks to your work, these valuable resources have become more accessible to the university community and everyone, who is interested in the history of our region.
"Actus Notarius" is more, than handbooks. They open access to the important archival heritage of Mykolaiv Oblast and give researchers the opportunity to work with documents, which keep records of people, events, property relations and everyday life of past eras.
Publications contain annotations of notarial acts, name pointers, as well as photocopies of archival documents. It is the possibility to refer directly to the original materials that significantly strengthens their scientific and source value.
