22 March would be fulfilled 85 years since the birthday of the outstanding scientist-shipbuilder, doctor of technical sciences, professor, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the USSR, former rector of the Mykolaiv Shipbuilding Institute Mykhailo Mykolayovych Aleksandrov (1975-1993 рр.).
The leading areas of scientific research in the field of shipbuilding and ecology received special development thanks to the initiative, talent to rally people, Professor Alexandrov's enthusiasm. Bright character traits of Mykhailo Mykolayovych, the ability to clearly formulate tasks, ask questions there, where they can be resolved, allowed the MKI team to achieve significant success in the development of the higher educational institution.
